- Patio garden with raised bed and small pond (covered). Table and chairs for outside dining and a wooden bench to take in the sun. Pretty garden. Garage can be used to store bicycles. Bed linen and towels included. Cottage cleaned at changeover. An additional linen change can be requested if staying for 2-3 weeks.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

My love affair with the Isle of Wight began in 2001 following in the footsteps of my boyfriend who spent happy times on the island learning to paraglide and looking for fossils. His love of the island was infectious and more visits followed together. We bought our first cottage (2 The Granary, Brighstone) in 2004 and our holiday letting adventure began! We bought our second cottage (Brookside Cottage) in 2008 and thoroughly enjoy being able to share our cottages and the island with our holiday guests.

Why Teresa Tearle chose Brighstone
2 The Granary was our first holiday home on the Isle of Wight. We fell in love with Brighstone village and were very lucky to find the cottage. We couldn't resist it's charms and can still remember peering over the fence on a beautiful sunny day, looking at the garden and thinking "we have to have this!".
