Pool / Spa
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

What makes this Apartment unique
Walking distance to the sandy beach by St. Raphael Marina.. Lovely landscaped gardens and a pool with a stones throw of a distance from the apartment. There are also some excellent tavernas and restaurants close by. I bought the apartment primarily as a holiday escape for family and friends and because I love the relaxed atmosphere that the complex and surrounding area has to offer.
