Nice villa but very poor service from Ibiza Rent House

Nice villa in a nice location. Lady who came to clean was very friendly and did a great job, This booking was made pre Covid lockdown. The way in which Ibiza Rent House dealt with the whole situation was very poor. They lacked any understanding or compassion and were extremely unhelpful. The villa is nice but unfortunately the approach of the agent took the shine off of the holiday. We will not be using them again.
