After a career in theatre, specifically ballet, I saw sailing the Ionian Islands as a new and very contrasting challenge! Lucky to do this as an employee of an established holiday group a 'one summer job' turned into a 23 year career in ensuring clients enjoyed holidays full of special memories. My greatest reward is to see the pleasure I can bring by adding small thoughtful details that make a difference to a guests holiday experience. I can continue to do this with our private apartment, for our few special guests, outside of the mainstream holiday industry.

Why Mandy chose Paleros

With mountains and farmland, sea and islands this area is so unique. The absolute peacefulness of the village defies the possibility of stress! The flat waters of the bay, with small beaches and rocky coastline, make exploring by SUP boarding, or sail/motor boating a dream, in summer and winter, and I will never tire of peering down into the clear, blue waters from my board or looking out across the bay after hiking to the hill tops behind the village!

Planned as a place for family and friends to stay primarily, the apartment is set up as a home full of comfort. It suits a niche where high quality is desired for couples or small families. While the surrounding is quaint and traditional the apartment is modern with excellent fittings and style. The location, away from tour groups, allows true discovery of Greek life, but is in easy reach of year round activities and charmed places.
