The apartment is located inside the Kospopolitan Residance, overlooking the beautiful Como lake.
It consists of 6 beds, 2 independent bathrooms, living area and a window with a view of the lake.
Inside the Residence you can find: a private swimming pool, tennis court, football field, bowls alley, a small gym for those who like to keep in shape even on holiday, a BBQ area and a Bar.

The private swimming pool, reserved only for the residence's guests, is divided into children's area and adult area.
Free football field and gym, while the tennis court and bowls alley court are for a fee.
Upon arrival we provide to those who are interested in soccer balls and Ping-Pong rackets.
Free Barbecue area is located near the parking area (also free) where you can leave the car during the period of your holiday.

La location a des avantages : - une magnifique vue - la localisation qui permet de rayonner sur le lac facilement - la plage privée - l'agencement - la disponibilité et la réactivité du personnel mais et cela peut être rédibitoire: - alors que le descriptif l'annonce il n'y a pas de balcon ce qui est dommage en vacances - la piscine certe grande mais pas de transat ( un seul par appartement) ce qui est quand même gênant quand on veut se poser , de plus le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire - la structure est vieillissante et mériterait un rafraîchissement notamment au niveau du bar et de la terrasse
