About Beth Bell
Fife Historic Buildings Trust (FHBT) work with others to find new users and funding to give a long-term future to historic buildings at risk. We have helped deliver over £30m in historic environment regeneration projects in Fife, supporting town centres, businesses, tourism and local communities. FHBT owns two apartments Kinghorn Town Hall and John McDouall Stuart View, these are rented out throughout the year as holiday lets, with the profit going to maintaining these and other properties. Throughout 2017/2018 FHBT managed the Cupar Burgh Chambers project, this was removing the property from the buildings at risk register and working along contractors to restore the property and give it a new use. FHBT will take over the management of the property so it can be used as a holiday let
Beth Bell purchased this apartment in 2018
Why Beth Bell chose Cupar
This property has been carefully restored and furnished to be in keeping with the original Georgian property. It is a beautiful large apartment, providing lots of space for all the family. Situated in an ideal place, with plenty of amenities nearby and good links to St Andrews, Cupar and Edinburgh. By staying in one of Fife Historic Buildings Trust properties you will be helping to contribute to looking after this building and other buildings similar to this in Fife.
What makes this apartment unique
