My name is Mandy and I moved here in 2016 from Berkshire. It was love at first sight when I came to view Woodlands - a former 19th Century Vicarage in West Wales. The house had been poorly neglected for some years and it has been an absolute pleasure and privilege, returning her to her former glory. There are now two self catering holiday apartments occupying the first floor, as well as Jemima, the latest addition to the Woodlands family. I am thrilled that guests are now able to holiday here with their dogs and cats, and share in the magic that is Woodlands.

Why Mandy B chose Bwlchllan
Jemima and The Secret Garden - a new addition for 2018. I first spotted Jemima last year, sitting in a garden on the mountain road from Tregaron. She clearly wasn't being used, as she was covered in grime and looking very sorry for herself. I could, however, see the potential in this gorgeous little van. So one day, I couldn't just drive past. Instead I stopped and asked the owner if she would be prepared to sell. The rest is history... a 6 month restoration project, slowly brining her back to life. She has been fully restored with a mix of pretty vintage and rustic charm and is now ready for guests.
What makes this Caravan unique
Jemima's charm not only worked on me... all through the restoration process, guests staying at Woodlands in the holiday apartments have fallen for her as well. The interest and excitement from them has only confirmed what I already knew... Jemima will be a very popular addition to the family.
