This modern & well maintained 2 storey duplex is in a fantastic position with views across the road to Tomago Cove and moments from surf & kid friendly beaches. With 3 large bedrooms all with built-ins, 2 bathrooms, and a generous open plan living & dining that spill out to 2 balconies, this property is great for a larger family but works very well for two families. You can walk to Barlings or Tomakin beach and come home for an outdoor hot or cold shower before you fire up the BBQ for dinner. This fantastic location offers you a very relaxing holiday and you will never want to go anywhere else. No need to use your car. Just come and relax.

Exceptional

A very comfortable house fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic with 3 beaches just a few minutes walk away. Beautiful Tomakin Cove is almost straight out the front door. Great communication with the owner.

Wonderful stay in Tomakin

Spacious family home, perfect for our family of 6 adults, having two bathrooms was fabulous. Close to Tomakin and Barlings beaches and a cafe for daily coffees, plus a well stocked IGA within walking distance. Fiona and Simon were quick to respond to an issue we had which was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time on the South Coast which is just an idyllic part of NSW. We will definitely be visiting again.

Space for everyone

Simon and Fiona were quick to reply with any questions about our stay. The house had everything we need from ample cutlery, extra blankets, board games and books. The pantry had some condiments, and soaps. It was easy access to Tomakin cove and a very short walk to Tomakin beach, Barlings beach, and the river. My boys loved the outdoor shower that had hot water! It was a pleasant stay with room for everyone to relax and enjoy different parts of the house.

Fantastic location and great property!

The perfect location - right across the road from the beach. We stayed here with our 3 sons aged 4, 7 and 10 and we all had the best holiday! There is a bunk room downstairs which is perfect for kids, as well as a rumpus room that they can watch movies and play in. The big dining table upstairs is perfect for family meals, and the decor is really nice. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a beach holiday house!
