Awesome Scarborough Beach House

This beach house is just a stones throw from Scarborough's iconic beach (200 metres). It is light, open, breezy and fully equipped for a family of 6, or 6 adults.

It is situated an easy one minute walk down to Scarborough, where you can find pristine beaches, restaurants, bars and amazing sunsets

This house has three off street parking bays, including a garage, wi-fi, and a full kitchen with everything you need!! It is close to major shopping malls (Innaloo & Karrinyup) and offers easy access to the freeway. It is children friendly and offers a secure rear courtyard.

This Beach House is an entertainer’s paradise with plenty of options; rear courtyard to enjoy the morning sun to read the paper, the large kitchen; or the lounge room for all day sun & evening sunsets. The rear outdoor area has a 3 Burner Gas BBQ and large outdoor setting.

There is a split system air-conditioning unit in the living area and the Master Bedroom and Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have pedestal fans if required.

We provide clean sheets, quilt covers and towels for you to use. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap are also supplied. There is a washing machine and dryer with complimentary washing powder. The large kitchen is for you to use with tea, instant coffee and an array of cooking supplies.

It is a two storey property with approximately 12 stairs leading from the ground to second level - a child safety gate is available for use if required.

A Purpose

Not very clean, pillows were sweat stained. Didn’t realise the front property had burnt down and was quite an eyesore. Disappointed to be honest. Certainly not worth the cost.

Fabulous

What a great 5 days we had ( even though we had 5 days of thunder storms )at this excellent holiday rental.It was spacious,clean, comfortable and in great location.Only a few minutes walk to the beach,supermarket and restaurants and a short drive to the city but it was all the special touches like all the toiletries in the showers the washing powder and dishwasher tablets plus the tea coffee and condiments left for you to use plus Janeens excellent communications that made it special and we hope to be able to stay here again Highly recommended

Just as good second time around

We returned here for a second visit and were so pleased we did. The house is very spacious and a lot of thought has been given to provide a lot of extras. There are lots of places to stay in Scarborough but we were very happy with this one.

Lovely house in a great location

Janeen’s beach house was perfect for our 2-night stay in Scarborough. The house was spacious, really clean, comfortable and well-equipped, within easy walking distance of the beach, local supermarket and restaurants etc - a lovely base for exploring the beautiful Perth coastline. The beach towels and basic provisions in the fridge and pantry were much appreciated. Janeen was very easy to communicate with, provided useful and timely information and responded quickly to messages. We had a great stay!
