This is a small self-contained studio is attached and share walls to a charming, newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage with its own private entrance door and self check in keypad. It close to The Hunter Valley Wineries and is conveniently located in quite street close to Cessnock shops and transport. The studio is ideal for short or longer term stays, 1 Queen bed.

The room is small but cozy, attached / shared walls with a charming 2 bedrooms cottage which also rented though Airbnb as the result some noises from other parts of the house might be heard.

It has a dining table and kitchenette with mini fridge and all cooking essentials, everything you could possibly need for your stay. It has high ceilings and hardwood floors. The room is spacious but cozy with a Queen bed and quality bedding, ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and en-suite bathroom with new quality fittings

All facilities are private for your own use except carport, garden and washing machine which you are shared with guests in the main house. Full clean linens, bedding, pillows and towels are provided. The studio is professionally cleaned between each booking to ensure a high standard. Cleaning during stay can be organise with extra fee if you require. Camera outdoor locate on 1 side and at the back of this property.

There are free Wifi and a smart TV mounted on wall with Netflix with special price from Monday to Wednesday and long term stay as per our online listing. Please organise with us at the time of booking for early check in before 3pm with $50 extra fee or late check out after 10am with $50 apply.

This cottage studio also has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort in summer & winter. A large backyard for your enjoyment.

* If you stay on Tuesday evening, please pull out garbage bin to the street like all neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning. We really appreciate this.
