With room for up to 10 guests you can host a bridal party or the whole baseball group with 6 beds and 10 seats at the dining table and in the living room! We are only 5 miles from Lakepoint Sports Complex and steps from the four amazing wedding venues in town. And you won't even need a car. Shops, restaurants, parks and Lake Acworth are all mere steps away.

Convenient and roomy

We enjoyed staying at this home in Acworth. It was close to family and close to downtown. This is an old home but it was clean and well decorated. We had trouble regulating the heat as the halls were cold but our rooms were very warm. We thought the house met our needs.

Wonderful family weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. The property was perfect! We were within walking distance to the venue and the accommodations were terrific. The host anticipated our needs (Keurig and coffee pot - umbrellas at the door). These touches were over and above. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property, convenient location

This houee was perfect for my family members to stay in for our wedding nearby. Love the historical charm of the property, and everything was just as it says in the listing. Be careful on the narrow staircase, but the rooms upstairs are cleany and comfy.

Lake Point baseball trip

Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, easy 10min drive to fields and walking to the restaurants, which were really good, was so nice! Most of all, Kay was wonderful to work with!

I am retired and bought this house to host guests! The town of Acworth, sometimes referred to as Lake City, sits on the southern end of Lake Allatoona. The town is a draw for visitors to the sports area LakePoint and is home to at least three wedding venues. There are great restaurants and shops and all are a walk from the house.

Why they chose this property

We are the closest rental to downtown and you can walk to everything. There is parking for 6 cars and the house accommodates up to 10 guests. Wedding groups and sports groups are welcome. The whole house is yours so you can cook in the fully stocked kitchen or go out on the town,

What makes this property unique

There is an electronic key pad for access so your guests can arrive at any hour and let themselves in. And you have access to the entire house, including the kitchen and all four bedrooms, a friendly front porch and one sunset deck on the second floor. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you and the common areas are comfortable and cozy for big or small gatherings. And again there is plenty of parking, a handicap ramp into the house and a step free master bedroom on the main floor. The other three bedrooms are upstairs.
