Vacation in Puerto Rico

The property is as illustrated on the website and everything was close to us and it was a good experience for us who had never driven in Puerto Rico, the place was nice and peaceful for us. I recommend it for people who seek peace and tranquility on vacation at night time.

Great location and convenient to all surrounding tourist spots

Communication right off the bat was great with the property owner. Check-in process was easy and smooth and location is not too far from miniaturist tractions and the airport

Fun in the sun

For the most part this was great with a few exceptions. The kitchen is not stocked well. No baking bowls or baking pans. Only 2 fry pans and one small pot. We bought a can opener for the place. So a little more stocking in kitchen would go along way. Second although nothing the place can do, the neighbors dogs bark a lot. Other than that we loved our stay.

My wife and I, are realtors and we also host three of our Airbnb's, as a team we are focus to offer our guest a modern and peaceful space for they can stay on their visit to Puerto Rico at an affordable price. All my life I have live in Carolina, Puerto Rico, and my wife it is from Mexico, but she also as been living in Carolina, about 10 years ago. We love this area because it is affordable and has a great distance to the main attractions.

Why they chose this property

This is our first investment property, we bought it when we just got marry, back then we thought it will be a great investment for our retirement, so it was a foreclosure property and it did not look how it does now, but we always had a vision and faith that it will turn out just how we imagine and will have demand of our guest because of the conditions we prepare it for, always having in mind that our goal was to provide a property that look modern, comfortable and at a good price.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this property even if it was a foreclosure and need it a lot of repairs, because it had a great location near by airport, supermarkets, beaches, Condado, San Juan, Santurce, and it was in a cul-de-sac street and it had four apartment, so it is a big house.
