This is a 4 bedroom house, on the water, Enjoy a quiet relaxing time on the deck or down by the water. Water is shallow and easy access. Perfect if you have small children. Water shoes required. Pets are welcomed there is a 75.00 pet fee.

We are on well water so we recommend you don’t drink the water. Water dispenser is in the kitchen. We will make every effort to have water jugs filled, but jugs can be filled in town for less than a dollar at the barn just before the Town Transfer Station on Barn Rd. We ask that you take all garbage with you when you leave. The Henderson Dump is in town. A grill is provided with tank, but no guarantee there will be propane in tank. Renters responsible for propane.

Turn off the lights
All trash must be taken with you and dropped off at the dump in town.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Grill is provided along with a tank. There is no guarantee there will be propane in tank. Tanks can be exchanged in town at General Store.
All garbage will be taken when you leave. Transfer station in town can take garbage. Refrigerator must be cleared out along with freezer.
