Just 20 km from Brive-la-Gaillarde and close to tourist sites (25 km from Rocamadour, 7km from Collonges red), this beautiful house, fully renovated, is part of an old farmhouse, which gives it an effect very valuable old-new. Designed for 4 persons (1 couple and 2 children, for example), you will spend a quiet holiday and nature.

Consisting of a ground floor (40 m2) and a floor (40 m2), the house has every comfort for 4 people:
- 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc..)
- 1 dining area with 6 seats (including baby high chair)
- 1 bathroom (WC, shower)
- 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and 2 single beds (cot available)
- TV, Hi-Fi system, games, toys, etc.

It is perfectly equipped for a family or friends looking to spend a relaxing holiday. You can, in fact, eat outside on the terrace, use the gas grill, enjoy the garden for reading or sunbathing, while the children take possession of the field of play.
