This newly remodeled home is located within the gated community of Assateague Pointe and features a serene pond view (catch and release fishing allowed), backs up to one of the community pools, and includes a private courtyard with an outdoor table and chairs—perfect for relaxing during your stay. Assateague Pointe offers a wide range of amenities including two outdoor pools, a clubhouse, game room, playgrounds, basketball half court, catch and release ponds, paddle boats, horseshoe pits, picnic areas, a volleyball net, and a lighted fishing pier that extends into the bay. Situated in a desirable West Ocean City neighborhood, the home is close to outlet shopping, local restaurants, Assateague Island, and right next door to a water park, mini golf, a Western-themed park, and an ice cream parlor. Inside, the home includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, three TVs (please note: the second bedroom TV offers Roku, Netflix, and internet only—no cable box), a DVD player, central A/C, and free WiFi. Parking is available for two vehicles. This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not permitted. Occupancy is for 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Perfect for us.

Great place. Family friendly. Homes are small but big enough for us. Love that we can ride our bikes and enjoy the pool. Very clean and welcoming community.

Just like the pictures

Our 4 and 5 year old kiddos had a blast and couldn't get them out of the pool which had a large 3 foot deep section for them to safely play and swim in. The home itself was just as pictured and was very clean with a great well equipped kitchen. I personally enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the deck which could be accessed by both bedrooms.Highlight of the vacation was seeing the horses at Assateague Beach. Nice time had by all.

The neighborhood is amazing. So much for kids (and their parents!) to do outside- pools, fishing, crabbing, bike riding, relaxing walks. Close to Assateague Island and West OC. THe house could have been a little cleaner- the bathroom rug was damp and sandy, there was a cigarette smoke smell that lingered, and there was obvious pet hair on the floors and sofa. My son has asthma and between the smoke smell and the pet hair, it made him have a little trouble. The air conditioning worked great and the house was super cool all week even on very hot days. It would have been nice to have a bigger washing machine/dryer that we could have used for towels- it wasn’t clear in the listing that we couldn’t wash everything at the house. Overall a great trip and the location and neighborhood are 10/10! Thank you for having us!
