The property was perfect for our 3-adult one week stay. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen - all you need to relax after a day of 4-wheeling. The deck was very nice as well and the hosts provided chairs for us to sit outside. Great place, would stay again.

Friendly town

We really enjoyed the stay at 719 Pine. The fire pit and grill were hits with the kids. Good beds and bathrooms/showers. Good price point for the property. Thanks again

Quiet Neighborhood

Cabin in a quiet area. Near everything in town. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. You do have to drive to dispose of trash off site.

Very handy and pleasant accommodation. The TV was very difficult to figure out and not really much to watch. Just very confusing.

Favorite Spot

We have stayed here several times and love it! The cleanliness this time was not good! Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, 2nd bedroom smells like cat urine and the floors were dirty. Still love everything else about the place, but it needs a little TLC!

I am so sorry you did not find the cabin as clean as it certainly should have been!! I wish you would have reached out as soon as you arrived to that....I would have come right out and fixed anything that was not right! I will share your feedback about the smell with the owner as I had not heard that before. This is not a unit that allows cats so will have to see if someone brought one that we did not know about. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

Manager was easy to contact. Everything we needed was available. We went to Lake City for the ATV trails. Most were really rough riding. May be fun the young riding motorcycles and others in Jeeps, but not a place for side by sides.
