Was affordable & quiet plus had everything we needed and was close to the university which was what we needed. Parking was accessible hosts are very friendly and kind. Could come & go as we needed with own separate entrance definitely recommend
The communication and check in process was great. The bathroom floor may had some hairs on it and the vinyl stick tiles were coming up in bathroom floor. The vents both had some dust build up as did the blind over the window. Little bit of noise from the people upstairs and from the street, but not bad. The bed was not that comfortable, everytime my partner moved, I could feel it and woke up. Ear plugs and sleep mask could be helpful. For the price you cannot ask for much more. We felt safe. Loved the location.
We found the suite very suitable for what we needed and more.
Everything was very clean and the host was trying to provide us with whatever we needed. Perhaps a little outdated on the outside but excellent on the inside .

Room was spacious. Attached bath is small but has everything necessary. Private entrance enabled 24 hour access. Host was excellent when it came to queries, even late at night.

I’m absolutely satisfied with my stay at this property. However, it was little bit chilly in the basement in a daytime but warm and comfortable at night. It was clean, looks like owners take care of the their property. Communication with owners was good. It is very quiet place. Definitely recommend it.

This studio is large, bright and clean. You can see that the owners are trying hard to make it as comfortable as possible. Communication was timely. The backyard was large and beautiful. I enjoyed a movie as well as Prime and Netflix were available. You can hear the street earlier in the evening but when everything quiets down it is very quiet. There's also a water cooler in the room coffee available a microwave available an ironing board available. Overall I would recommend this place.
Parking at the rear wasn't shoveled out, but it was okay because I was able to park in the driveway off the street. Bare essentials only, no sink or water available in studio. No problem, we brought our own. Small bathroom. Remote battery for TV was dead. Overall a good stay for the price.

This is a simple, bare-bones rental, good for folks who are coming to Saskatoon for work/quick stays. It is decent value for money, as the accommodation was quite affordable. It's quite small, a single room, at the bottom of narrow stairs, and you are right beside the other suite, so bear that in mind. We bumped into each other (literally, lol)The suite didn't have a table lamp, which I required to do my work while staying there, and the owner was accommodating, bringing one over for me during my stay. This was appreciated. The owner was also extremely prompt in responding to messages. The outside of the unit is a bit run down, but the unit itself was fine - tidy, safe, some renos/improvements. The bed was alright, and I felt the covers were not warm enough, but there were extras in the spacious closet. I also appreciated having access to streaming services.I rented this unit because all the other reviews said it was quite quiet, and that wasn't really my experience. There is a family living upstairs, and we could hear lots of noise, basically any coughs, loud voices, laughing, crying, and all the footsteps. We were there on a weekend, so the kiddos were louder later into the evening, which is entirely understandable and fair! On the sunday night, it was quieter, as everyone was in bed earlier. So, just bear in mind if you stay on a weekend, there's a family upstairs living life, so you may hear their noises.Overall good stay, good value for cost, responsive host. :)
