This apartment is very well appointed and clean. The layout is great for two couples traveling together. It is in an excellent location- far enough away from the madness of the quarter to be able to rest and be completely safe/comfortable, but close enough that you can be in the thick of it within a short uber ride. Communication with the host was quick and professional. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again.
third time we have stayed at one of their property's. Clean comfortable and close to restaurants and Magazine St.

The property although nice, and clean, was not technically in the Garden District. And although they provided coffee, it was a big tub of already opened Folders.....for 350/night....I was expecting to be in the Garden District with a good cup of coffee.

Hi Terrye,
I am glad you enjoyed the home and my apologies you did not like the coffee. It is true that we use a regular drip coffee maker and not a Kuerig. However, to clear this up for any future guests, this home is most certainly in the Lower Garden District, one block off of Magazine street.
Hope to host you again in the future!
Great apartment for exploring New Orleans. Spacious. Clean. Since we are traveling with kids, we appreciated being in Garden District instead of the Quarter. Within walking distance to some restaurants on Magazine St. Street parking was not a problem. Short drive to area attractions: Tulane, WW2 museum, French Quarter. Apartment is on a fairly busy street but bedrooms are in the back so you do not hear street noise. You can hear some noise from the neighbors in unit above you, but it was not bad. Really appreciate that it is minimally (but well) decorated, so we had room for our belongings for example on the bedside tables, desk, bathroom counters and cabinets, etc. Great place to stay when exploring New Orleans.
