The property was very well located if you go on a business trip to Tana. And the hotel itself was modern, clean with a very friendly staff. Everybody was always smiling and ready to help. And they accept dogs which was very important to me.

Central location. The internet is POOR. Also I was on floor 4, and the 5th floor is a open restaurant. The furniture was frequently moved.

It’s not 4 star hotel worthy. From stained carpets to flooding due to clogged shower drain and bad maintenance and bad management. Housekeeping that did not provide toilet paper nor towels. Hierarchy of service and treatment depending on country of origin. Terrible experience. I had to check out 2 days early and lose the money I had already spent because I refuse to be treated as lesser and not provided with the experience I paid for.

I had a stunning view of the city from my 7th floor suite. The terrace restaurant was beautiful and comfortable. The personnel were friendly and very helpful, especially Ikuriantso, Teddy and Yolande.
