Reunion at the Arthouse
We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. Parking is very tight with only one space and our friend decided to stop the traffic to help us reverse out in the morning. Very central, loads to see and do and we would definitely return here. Overall the house was clean, had everything we needed. Lots of info on places to visit was given, some quirky artwork around the house as the name would suggest. If you're visiting this area I would recommend staying here, I don't think you'd be disappointed. The only thing to consider is that it is a townhouse with lots of stairs, so if mobility issues that is your only drawback. Otherwise, get booking!
Lovely cottage very close to Canterbury centre, very homely. Road outside a little noisy but fine overnight.

Great and quiet location. Excellent facilities with a kitchen and a living room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The stairs were steep and narrow, which was a bit of a challenge with big and heavy luggage. It was also a surprise that the private bathroom was two floors down from the bedroom. Delicious breakfast was served in the nearby cafeteria. Definitely worth the price.
This was a first for me as i usually stay in mainstream hotels. However this was probably one of the best places ive stayed. Close to the city centre, very clean, very comfy and Sebastian was very polite and welcoming
