Sint Maarten villas

The property is clean, modern and comfortable. The living area is light and airy with a cosy ambiance. There are useful features including a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a second toilet downstairs. Location is very good. The seaside town of Egmond Aan Zee is only 20mins walk and has some nice restaurants. There is a supermaket only 5mins walk away. It is a good location to explore the North Holland region. The hosts are friendly and quickly answered our questions.

The property is not even close to its description. It was nosy when we arrived and cannot be seen as private as it is overlooked from close properties on all sides. It was dirty and the "beech art" clearly smelled of rotting. In summary this is not designed to be rented. I would give it zero stars if I ould
