Sagunto villas

From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. We had a group of 18 and had lots of space. Villa is beautiful with modern bathrooms and a nicely decorated interior. All the bedrooms and the living room were air conditioned. Once inside the gate, the outdoor areas are very private.

Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back.

The villa is beautiful! The photos don't do it justice, i couldn't recommend highly enough. The communication and check-in process was very easy and helpful, however, it is worth noting that this villa is far from the city taxi's are necessary as the metro does not run very often. Also, it is worth being aware that the chlorine in the pool made the white in our swimwear green so it's best to wear dark colours when using the pool. Also because it was July, it was very hot so we struggled to sleep and ended up all sleeping in the lounge, but it didn't affect our time here. Overall, this is a truly amazing villa and I couldn't recommend it enough, the facilities are terrific and the place is enormous! Thank you

The house is truly amazing in a stunning location. The views are out of this world from sunrise to sunset and the night sky is extraordinary. The house is super modern, it was; very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The outside spaces are extensive, with; a great garden, lovely pool and brilliant outdoor kitchen and BBQ. The property is spacious, beautifully presented and well equipped. For our family of three generations, from a six-year-old to two over 70s, it was an absolute delight with a swimming pool that kept us cool in high temperatures. New arrivals need to know that they will need a car.

The photos of this property do not do it justice! The outside area is stunning; the pool area (incredible) and long dining table are where our big group of friends spent the majority of our time and we had a brilliant time, the surroundings are also very picturesque. We were a group of 19 and had plenty of space, though be aware that not all of the rooms have air con. The biggest room is particularly grand! The host, Alejandro is super responsive and contacted me on Whatsapp a few days so I was able to message him with any questions and he was v kindly flexible with check in/out times as this worked with the cleaning schedule. Would be useful to include a Google link to the bin store in the manual and I recommend doing trips there throughout your stay especially if you come without a car as it feels quite far away if you're walking in the heat. Overall, highly recommend this as a place to stay and would HAPPILY return!

Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased.
