You couldn’t ask for anything more. The villa was stunning. We didn’t won’t for anything. It had everything you need and more. The Host Sella was absolutely amazing with all the places to go to and places to eat she was so generous . The welcome basket was so wonderful touch. Id highly recommend a beautiful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay not only at the house but also in the area. Many nice places and excellent food. We will come back next year

We have had the best 2 weeks staying at this villa, from booking, all enquiries were promptly answered with every detail. We arrived late due to short flight delay and car collection, as soon as we arrived our hosts were awaiting us with a warm greeting, brief introduction to the property and a lovely welcome hamper of bread, wine, jams, cheese, fresh coffee beans and more, it really was a lovely welcome. The next day we had a more indepth introduction to the area and basic show around the wonderful villa that Aurelia has worked so very hard to make every aspect perfect. There is nothing she has not thought of, every area of this beautiful place has been attended to with detail, making it a home, not just a holiday home. Very comfortable furnishings, lounge area, bedrooms and the outside terraces and kitchen area make this property a hidden paradise in the white mountains. Only 3-4 mins drive to the small village of Plaka where you can find top quality restaurants and then Almyrida is about 12 mins drive which is a larger beach area with many restaurants to choose from. I must also mention the Taverna you can walk to in approx 10 mins, where you will receive a warm welcome and traditional Cretan food. Aurelia provides everything at the villa for you to also take days out at the beach, chairs, umbrella, cool box, even a solar screen to keep the dashboard from getting too hot. She really has gone the extra mile to make everything perfect and the sunsets, sublime !

Una casa preciosa, limpia, bien equipada, y con una piscina magnifica. Contrariamente a otros lugares donde estuvimos en Creta este verano, la temperatura era tolerable pues está en el comienzo de las montañas. Sin embargo, hay playas increíbles a solo 10 minutos en coche, y por la noche pudimos disfrutar de agradables momentos en la terraza o junto a la piscina. Cuando regresemos a Creta, volveremos ;)

We stayed at Villa Jeni for a week end June / early July. We arrived at the Villa by taxi, and once we had recovered from the incredible view (breath taking!), collected our keys (easy process) and were greeted with a lovely welcome pack. The villa is clean, comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a family holiday. The pool is beautiful, big enough to swim in whilst enjoying the view. The location is super, just a 10 min walk down to Alymyrida beach, where there are lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Alternatively it is just 5 mins walk up the hill to Plaka where there are 2 good grocery stores and a few great restaurants. We didn't hire car, lots within walking distance and when we wanted to go further we used the local taxi company who were excellent. We also took the local bus to Chania for a day trip. Villa Jeni was perfect for a family holiday or for a small group of friends.

We had a lovely week staying at Villa Maria. The Villa is well equipped and clean and perfect for our family of 4. The Villa is well situated to visit various beaches on the west of the island. We hired a car which I would suggest is needed as the property is location is in a small village with local amenities were a 10 min drive away. The property owner, Manolis is a very kind and generous host, our welcome pack was fantastic, he gave us an extensive list of restaurants, beaches etc to visit. He also provided a home cooked meal and ice cream during the week which was a welcome surprise! He couldn’t have been more helpful! I would recommend the Villa and hope to return!

The property was immaculately clean, very modern yet still with traditional feel. Everything is really clean and spacious, particularly the kitchen, where there is lots of room and plenty of plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment. The outside space is great with a large table under plane trees which get the shade all day and the pool area gets plenty of sun. The views are amazing and we loved our stay here. Chrysoula was so friendly and helpful, especially as my daughter was ill, and we would love to come back!
