Great place to stay! Really good facilities and fantastic access to cafes/restaurants and shops. Only knock back was one Side of our apartment was super dusty due to something blowing it inside and the cleaner hadn’t cleaned it properly.

reception staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. we booked a 2-bedroom unit and it was in very clean condition when we checked in, and housekeeping was done twice a week. WIFI was strong and Netflix was available for enjoyment. Hotel location was excellent as it was just next to the South Yarra metro and tram stations. slightly heard a few traffic noises but they were acceptable. Many nice restaurants in walking distances. we cooked every evening, and the supermarkets nearby and the dishwasher in the unit helped a lot. we had stayed 15 nights, and it has been our home away from home.

I have stayed at Punthill South Yarra several times and enjoy the value for money, location, the friendly reception people. On this occasion there were a few things missing when house keeping came though. There was no tee towel to dry the plates and cutlery and no soaps in the bathroom. The rest of the room was clean.

Tvekade litet att boka igen trots en mycket bra vistelse fem år tidigare pga en del mer negativa recensioner på senare år, men var återigen mer än nöjd med vistelsen. Lägenhet (1 sovrum) var stor, bekväm och modern i mycket bra skick och utrustad med alla faciliteter. Fortsatt perfekt läge i trevlig stadsdel och nära kollektivtrafik (10 min till city). Återkommer definitivt vid mitt nästa besök i Melbourne.
