Great location. Very clean and comfortable with nice air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable. The apt. was 2 stories and allowed us some privacy and separation. Very nice bathrooms. This was a great place to stay and highly recommend it.

Property was lovely once we finally got in. But after a month of emails from them requesting our phone number while in Spain and us responding that we will only have data and could they please use email to give us the code. The result was us waiting at the front door for an hour and a half.

We booked this hotel at the last minute due to travel plans changing due to the power outage. It is a bit strange that you have to upload all your details but actually worked out fine as we were able to enter the property without any person checking us in. It is in the centre of the city and it is an old building so a bit noisy at times but safe.

Great location

Great stay. I would recommend Sonder as al alternative to hotels, especially when travel with family. The location of this Sonder is perfect and close to all of Madrid famous landmarks at the city center. Close to public transportation and right above a mini market which made eating or having some snacks at the property very convenient.

Perfect location, easy access, great communication. The studio was exceptional in every way except odd design flaw in the bathroom. The wash basin was partially over the WC. Otherwise. Quite superior to other stays in Madrid and Europe in general.I would definetly return.

Great location. Close to restaurants and easily walkable to everything. Nice second bedroom for privacy. Our kitchen in the hotel room was functional and had what we needed. The patio wasn't much, but with better weather we might have used it more. Note that there is a good bit of noise nightly: loud, thumping music until 2am from a dance club or something nearby, and friendly kitchen staff banter and dishes clattering from the restaurant just downstairs that echoes up the courtyard from one floor below. Comfortable beds. Communication and contactless check-in were great. We would stay here again.
