If you do not respond to a reservation request or you decline a reservation request, the following email is sent to the traveller:

“[NAME], I am sorry that we are unable to confirm your reservation at property [Property ID number] for [Date Range]. You have not been charged for this reservation and you may now book another property. Sincerely, [PROPERTY OWNER].

Owners who habitually do not respond to reservation requests may be removed from the program.
