Bright and Lovely, Great for Walkers

We stayed for a week in Dec 2023 and found the apartment easily, it was spotlessly clean, and we found it easy walking distance to the city centre. A big plus was the neighbourhood, which allowed us a slice of local life of the 'town', outside the 'gown'. The flat is up a flight of stairs, which may be an issue for older adults, or those with too much luggage ;) The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We would stay there again!

Bright and comfortable.

The title sums it up. We had everything we needed. A great plus is the 15 minute riverside walk into town. Or through the very green Jesus Piece. Great town .

Excellent location

We enjoyed our holiday, based from this apartment, which has an excellent location for city access, local shops and pubs and walks along the river. The apartment has all the necessary appliances and equipment. While compact, it was very comfortable for our 2 parents and adult child. Thanks Katrina and Barry!

Perfekte Lage

Die Lage der sehr schönen Wohnung ist genial. Pub, Supermarkt und der River Cam keine 100 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We love Cambridge. My husband and I moved here 11 years ago. We are still exploring the diversity and beautiful things this city has to offer. I am from New Zealand originally. We run a Vegetarian Mobile Catering company which keeps us very busy in the summer at various events and music festivals. We both love travelling and spending time in the great outdoors. We are open minded, friendly, and love the simple things in life!

Why they chose this property

It's central and within a 10 minute walk to the historic centre of Cambridge. Here there are an abundance of dining possibilities, shops and tourist attractions. There are a number of places to eat on our doorstep. Midsummer House a 2 star michelin restaurant an easy 4 minute stroll and Restaurant 22 - 1 minutes away!

We are a few minutes walk to the River Cam, Midsummer Common and Jesus Green. It's central, vibrant and close to lots of shopping and dining possibilities. It's a beautiful 10 minute walk along the tow path beside the river and across Jesus Green to Cambridge Market Square, it's historic centre and the Colleges of Cambridge University.
