We are delighted to present this welcoming apartment located in Rosas, in the heart of the magnificent Costa Brava. Perfect for a couple or small family stay, it can accommodate up to 4 people and offers a 40 m² space designed for your comfort. It features a pleasant bedroom, as well as a balcony and a 12 m² terrace, ideal for enjoying the mild and sunny climate of the region.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for sharing friendly moments outdoors.
The apartment is also equipped with a television and satellite channels in English, German and French. An outdoor parking space is made available to you for more peace of mind. In addition, we offer the rental of bed linen and towels, as well as Wi-Fi access.
