Key handover takes place through the agency Interhome in Montana, located 3 km from the chalet.

The chalet accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, comprising 8 adults and 2 children, and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking generous space and comfort. The property was partly renovated in 2026 and combines spacious interiors with beautiful, carefully chosen furnishings throughout.

On the main level, a generous living and dining room serves as the heart of the chalet, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a flat-screen television with cable connection, and direct access to a large south-facing balcony equipped with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace and features an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a separate WC. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 further bedrooms. 1 large room with sloping ceilings features 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second room on this floor offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while a third room, also with sloping ceilings, contains 1 French bed of the same dimensions. The upper floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC.

The outdoor spaces include a large south- and east-facing balcony as well as a small terrace facing north and east, both contributing to the exceptional panoramic exposure of the property.
