Ask a questionAbout Kate
Hi, we're Tom & Kate! We've been together for over 8 years. Tom is a CA native who grew up in San Diego and went to school at UCLA. Kate is from Upstate NY but has been living in North Hollywood for over 10 years. Our dream of having a vacation rental transpired when we back packed through Europe for over a month a few summers ago. Not only was it much more affordable to travel through VRBO & Airbnb, having a local host for travel and food tips was priceless. So when we started looking to purchase our first home together, we had a dream of creating a cozy/private guesthouse not only to share with friends and family, but travelers such as yourselves! We've loved meeting people from all over the world and it brings us so much pride and joy to know our guests thoroughly enjoyed their time in our beloved guesthouse.
Kate purchased this studio in 2017
Why Kate chose NoHo Arts District
The North Hollywood Arts District has grown so much over the years. Within minutes of popular destinations such as Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, CBS Studios, famous dance studios, amazing restaurants and bars, and our property is walking distance to the metro if you want to avoid traffic getting downtown or even to the Santa Monica pier. We love NoHo because it's much more quiet than your typical LA nightlife, has plenty of street parking, and offers some of the best food and nightlife without the feeling of being packed into a can like a sardine.
What makes this studio unique
Our guesthouse is completely detached and private. It is you're home away from home. You have you're own private parking, entrance, and patio as to never feel like you're disturbing your host. The space is fully stocked, perfect for long-term stays if needed. The decor is unique with a personal hand-crafted touch making you feel warm and fuzzy inside!
