The Chassezac terraces

In the heart of the southern Ardèche, you will discover this peaceful place for a relaxing and lively holiday; situated on the hillside, this Ardèche stone house, of around 70m², will seduce you with its wooded and natural space, it is composed of two independent buildings.
The largest includes a dining-living room with TV, DVD player and mini HiFi system; a bathroom-toilet with bathtub / shower and a semi-open kitchen with a gas butane oven, a dishwasher, fitted cupboards. Above: a mezzanine - library corner and a double sofa bed.
Separated from this room, a sleeping area with two bedrooms in a row:
- the first with a single bed and a chest of drawers, above, accessible by a miller's staircase, a mezzanine with two single beds (maximum ceiling height: 1.70 m);
- the second with double bed and wardrobe.

The second building where "clède", of 12m², independent from the first, separated from it by a terrace and stairs. Composed of a hall with a small bathroom-toilet, a washing machine area. an offset staircase leads to a mezzanine with a double bed and a chest of drawers.
the house has many assets for your summer with the possibility of having lunch on one of the many terraces, one of which is shaded, partly covered, equipped with a butane plancha.
access to the property is via a narrow but motorable road, you can park for free in the 3 car parks of the town hall (- 50 m).
To warm up in case of coolness, you will have electric heating in the large room and mobile radiators for the two bedrooms.

the house is located 11 km from the town of Les Vans, where you will find all the shops and services.
The GR 4 passes over the hamlet and downhill, you can swim in the pools of Gachalou.
