About this property

This large, private, comfortable space will feel like your home away from home! It is airy and bright and has been recently updated throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed if you plan on cooking, or grab some take out from the many restaurants nearby. We have all new beds, bed linens and towels for your comfort and there is a washer/dryer onsite free for you to use. Enjoy a cozy night in watching the large tv with Netflix or read and play with the books & toys for the little ones. There are 2 bedrooms located far enough away from the living room that the TV shouldn't disturb anyone. We are located close to the Kingston mall (Cataraqui Centre‎), Walmart, grocery, gas, LCBO, restaurants, and so much more. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Wonderful house with a great deck and yard

From the first moment, this was the perfect place for us. The house was spotless, modern, and beautiful. The kitchen is lovely and well equipped and the yard was perfect for the kids. Martin and Sarah were wonderful with communicating with us and giving us everything we needed for our stay. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Parfait!!

C’était tout à fait parfait.!! C’était tel qu’annoncé. Propreté exemplaire, très grand et la communication avec les propriétaires était facile. Le fait d’avoir un code pour déverrouiller la porte principale rendait tout plus facile. Je recommande fortement cette maison.
