Natal 2024

A casa em si é bastante ampla e comporta confortavelmente até 16 pessoas, mas os quartos não possuem espelhos e não possuem TV. A sala não é arejada nem a cozinha, ambientes quentes. A área de lazer é ótima. Mas a casa não é a beira-mar. Porém, o condomínio fechado tem acesso à praia. Além da taxa de energia é cobrada também a taxa mínima de água. A comunicação com a proprietária é acessível e tudo pelo Whatsapp. O caseiro Deivid e a diarista Branca são pessoas excelentes.

Vcs realmente nao sabem o que é casa de veraneio. Sua avaliacao de 1 estrela não é digna. Preparamos a casa pra vc no Natal. A casa nao é de moradia. Temos espelhos em todos os banheiros. Casa nao ser arejada, es a primeira pessoa a dizer. Alugo ha mais de 15 anos. A casa é super ampla e perto do mar. Nunca anunciei dizendo ser beira-mar. O condominio sim. Meus quartos sao super confortaves todos com ar e camas box. Caso queira quarto com tv, aconselho procurar um hotel.
