The accommodation comprises three large bedrooms, a large living/dining room opening onto the kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a separate WC:

- a large dining area with a spacious table for meals, a living room with TV, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils...) and a separate toilet.
First floor:
- bedroom 1: double bed x 140 + single bed x 90
- bedroom 2: double bed x 160
- bedroom 3: double bed x 180
- bathroom with bath and WC

The exterior features a walled garden with a large covered terrace that you can enjoy whatever the weather!
The charm of the small garden will not leave you indifferent!
