Great location to surf,mountain bike,hike,and fish. 8 miles to Laguna beach 8 miles to famous Salt Creek beach and Doheny state beach and Dana point Wharf for Sport fishing and whale watching. Theres a trail across the street that takes you to Aliso and Wood Canyon Wilderness. 2 miles away from Laguna Niguel Lake. Walking distance to Starbucks Sprouts,Coscto,Walmart,Target and Restaurants. Wifi,1 parking space in front of house,community pool and jacuzzi. No ac but have plenty of fan.
