Other Things to Note:
Check-In & Check-Out: Arrive between 3 PM and 10 PM for check-in, and check out on or before 10 AM for a seamless departure.

Late Check-Out/Early Check-In:
If you would like to extend your check-out time or have an early check-in by one hour, a fee of $85 will be applicable. We are pleased to accommodate your request whenever possible.

-Check-out time is scheduled for 10 am. In the event that you have not completed the check-out process by 10:10 am, a fee of $100 will be imposed. This charge is necessitated by the cleaning company, which imposes fees when they cannot commence their cleaning services on time. Their schedule is tightly managed, allowing them only a limited timeframe within our building before proceeding to the next property in their portfolio. We are obligated to adhere to this policy set by the cleaning company, and accordingly, the fee they have established must be passed on to guests.

-Should the guest fail to check out by 10:30 am, an additional night will be charged. This policy is in place to ensure the timely execution of cleaning services by our cleaning company, which requires a full 5 hours to clean the unit and handle laundry. Beyond impacting our ability to maintain a timely schedule for subsequent guests checking in by 3 pm, a delayed check-out disrupts the cleaning process. Given these considerations, checking out at 10 am is crucial to facilitate the efficient turnover of the unit.

No Parties: To maintain a serene atmosphere, kindly refrain from hosting parties.

Pets Allowed: Your four-legged companions are more than welcome! A pet-friendly retreat awaits with a fee of $50 per pet per stay, subject to approval.

Professional Cleaning: Rest easy—each unit undergoes professional cleaning after every stay to ensure a pristine environment.

Laundry Facilities: Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry with available washing machines and dryers.

No Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all guests, please respect the no-smoking policy within the suites.
