THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR VACATION

This 2 bedroom/2 bath penthouse apartment is the perfect place to spend your vacation. It is steps from the beach and close to local attractions, places to eat and shops.

Interiors are fully air conditioned with a tasteful boho/coastal décor. Liberty cable gives you over 100 channels to choose from including Netflix and high-speed internet.

The fully equipped recently designed kitchen has appliances, utensils, gadgets, condiments and spices for all cooking preferences. For convenience, there is a dishwasher, washer, dryer and detergents.

Sunny days at the beach will be complete: beach towels and blankets, chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, floaters, boogie boards, kids’ toys and a cart to haul it all are waiting in the terrace for you. Sunscreen is included.

For a restful night after the beach or sightseeing, the bedrooms have comfortable matresses with quality sheets and pillows. We also provide you with hair dryer and toiletries: bath gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

The highlight of this condo is the rooftop terrace with idyllic views of the beach, El Yunque and the mangrove. A wonderful place for snoozing on the hammock, having the perfect cup of Puerto Rican coffee, cooking a leisurely BBQ or simply enjoying the sunset or the stars while sipping your favorite drink.

An absolute gem!

I can't say enough about this place! We loved our stay. I wanted a place that had easy access to the beach and the rainforest. Little did I know that we'd have a view of each of those from our rooftop patio. Look to the left and there is the beach, and look to the right and there is El Yunque. Our hosts were amazing and responsive, even leaving a little welcome package for our arrival. I give this rental a 10 out of 10 and look forward to returning.

A Slice of Paradise

We had the most unbelievable Easter break here at Punta Bandera! Linda and Rafa are the most gracious hosts. They were communicative before, throughout, and even after our stay. They left an Easter basket for our kids with thoughtful gifts, a welcome basket with fresh fruits and treats, and even some local beer to enjoy. The beaches all over the north side of the island had been experiencing some bad rip currents and we were scared we wouldn't be able to enjoy the water, but the waters here are very shallow and the waves break at least a couple hundred yards out, making the waters safe to enjoy swimming and even snorkeling. They have so much beach equipment, you wouldn't need to bring a thing. Chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, a wagon, and lots more! I never made it to the bottom of the huge bin to name it all. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room to relax after a long beach day, especially with the entire rooftop at your disposal. My husband spent every morning and every night up there. Wifi works great, cell service is no problem, and very close to a lot of restaurants and stores if you should need it. It was such a relaxing and fun trip, we cannot wait to go back to this slice of paradise!

Super apartment.

Linda, Rafael and their property manager Berto are the most kind and caring hosts we can imagine.We feel very much at home in their big apartment where you can always find a good place to stay. We learn about puertorican food from all the gifts they have found and made ready for us in a basket. We will be back next year.

Luquillo Penthouse Condo

This property is a 10/10 and so are the hosts Rafael and Linda! Best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Welcome note and basket of goodies and drinks in the fridge was so nice. I could have left many things at home because they were supplied at the condo. The rooftop patio was so nice-the view of El Yunque and the ocean made it so special. We don’t normally plan to repeat trips but this one we will. We can’t wait to come back again.

Wonderful Stay!

We has a great first visit to PR and this place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens.) It is located on a gorgeous, calm beach right next to a natural area, so you can walk along the tranquil shore and relax. The apartment is spacious and lovely, with everything you could need for your stay provided by the very gracious hosts, including lots of extras that not every host provides. The rooftop deck is a very large and comfortable place to enjoy the tropical breeze. Highly recommend this property!
