Why NOEL LLC chose Silver Spring
This is a family friendly, walkable, middle class neighborhood in the immediate suburb of Washington DC, consisting of single family houses and low rise apartments. Built mostly of brick in the late 50's and early 60's the neighborhood is charming and older looking but very safe. The property is easily accessible from the beltway and it is about a mile and half from downtown Silver Spring.
What makes this Apartment unique
Charming, inviting and a very clean apartment with nice natural light in all sides. It is a 2nd floor, fully furnished apartment with high speed wireless internet and cable TV.
