Important Notes:
- If you have more than 2 people please let us know at least 3 days ahead of time if you would like to have the sofa bed in the living room set up for additional $30, otherwise it will be set up as a regular sofa
- There is a pet fee $100 per pet per stay must be paid before check-in. Please clean/pickup after your pet
- Like many Seatle homes we don't have AC for cooling. During hot days we will put portable AC and Fan for cooling. We have central heating with vent in the living room ONLY, but don't set up higher than 75 degree. Given the small space it's usually sufficient to heat up the entire unit.
- We don't have cable but you can use your own streaming accounts on our smart TV
- We have an elevator for this building and your unit is on the 5th floor. Please note one of the elevators is under construction so you may experience extended wait time.
- This is a condo building. You will need to put in a building access code at Call Box at the building entrance. Then you need to enter the unit using keypad.
