About the host
Hosted by Ryan Connors
I’m originally from Rhode Island, now I split time between San Diego and Estero. I play beach volleyball and enjoy traveling.
Why they chose this property
My family has been coming to Park Ave. for 5 generations. It’s a piece of Estero before all the development.
What makes this property unique
The yard around sunset is beautiful. You feel like you’re far away from busy SW Florida. However the location is centrally located to many attractions.
