The parking really does fit 5 cars, so there was nothing to worry about on that end, as long as they're not all low. The beds are very comfortable, so that was definitely a plus. The showers and baths are wonderful. The view is lovely, and the neighbors are nice. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dining ware, which is quite helpful, and the refrigerator and freezer are really nice. There are even a few family friendly games. The location is very central, so you get to feel like you're tucked away, yet you're just minutes from downtown San Rafael, and close to freeways for the Beach or San Francisco.
This amazing home in the trees exceeded our expectations. With spectacular views and quality interiors it provided a great retreat for our entire family (7 of us) to comfortably relax and enjoy all that it had to offer. The two large bedroom suites were amazing, along with the other well appointed bedrooms. It was fantastic to never have to wait for one of the 5 bathrooms. John Paul is a fantastic host that ensured we had a great stay. Well definitely be back!
The house is newly remodeled, we must have been the first people to stay. It was very clean and super nice. With 2 super large master bedrooms with crazy nice bathrooms, and 3 other bedrooms and 3 baths, we were very comfortable. The patio area was good. John was extremely active with communication and helped with every question. One note, there are stairs to both get into the house from the parking and the house is 2 stories. So if you have physically challenged folks, be aware.

Disliked: Communication
Great space, but unresponsive host.
The house is spectacular, straight out of a magazine! The road leading to the house was difficult to navigate because it’s only 1 narrow road for traffic on both sides so at times we would have to park our car to the side to allow another vehicle to pass. The owner of the house was send automated emails to check in, but when I would reply, I received no response. I reached out via email, I reached out via the app, and I tried to contact the phone number, but no response. There were ants in the kitchen, the fridge water filter did not work, there was dog fur everywhere, and a dead bird on the patio. Would I stay there again? Maybe if they get the ants under control. This was a perfect place to stay for a family reunion, but as the listing states, this can only fit 4 cars.
