Comfortable studio apartment with sofa and walk-in closet located on the ground floor (slightly lower than street level) of a historical townhouse in a safe and quiet neighbourhood near Mérode and Montgomery, close to supermarkets and with easy connections to the historical centre, EU Quarter and Brussels University (ULB/VUB).

This is a nice residential neighbourhood with three supermarkets and several restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment. There are 3 metro stations, a tramway station and a bus stop nearby. The Jubilee Park and its museums (Art & History Museum, Automobile Museum, Army Museum, Aviation Museum) are about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The University of Brussels is easily reached by tramway (10 minutes for the VUB and 15 minutes for the ULB).
