Experience Westerly life like a Local! Enjoy this centrally-located Apartment close to Downtown. Easy highway access to the Beach and Casinos. Free Parking with Private entrance opens to a courtyard with a Gazebo Sitting area and a Grill just for you! The 2 Bedroom Apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a Full Kitchen/Living Room combination, 1 Bathroom, Washer/Dryer and Central Air. The Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed with a new Nectar Mattress. The Second smaller bedroom has a Twin Pillowtop Bed. We are NEW to VRBO but not NEW to the rental scene. Feel Free to search our reviews on other platforms for references. There are 3 Units on the property each with their own Private Fenced Yard, Parking and entrances. We occupy the Unit below Apt. A. Your area will be designated as Apt. A. With its own Free parking and signage. Please only occupy your designated area. For everyone’s safety we do have cameras on all Outdoor Spaces, Entry Doors and Parking Area.
You must be 25 or older to Rent our property. All Adult Guests and Children must be listed on the reservation. We are not allowed to accept more than 3 guests as it is our set limit.

I travel a lot for work but I love coming home to Westerly. There are so many things to enjoy about RI, especially its delicious Food and Beautiful Rocky Beaches. I have lived here for 26 years and attended school at The University of Rhode Island. I am Originally from Pennsylvania and also own homes in Tobyhanna, PA and Antonito, Colorado.

Why they chose this property
This is the apartment on the same property as our home. We wanted to share the Charms of Westerly, RI we experience daily. We are located 1 mile from Downtown Westerly, Close enough to enjoy it, but situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy to get downtown for dinner, a show at the United Theater or the 15 min to the Beach or 20 min to Foxwoods Casino. There are sidewalks the 1 mile walk into downtown but we do not consider ourselves “Walkable” especially in the winter months. Walking would be for the adventurous!! We have had guests bring Bikes which seems to work well because they can be stored safely in the gazebo area of the private courtyard for the unit.

Our property has a private courtyard entry with a Gazebo just for this 2nd Floor Apartment. Giving it a unique feeling of renting an entire home to yourself for the price of a hotel room.
Also the Safety of Second Floor windows giving lots of light but that are not on the ground level. If you look on a map we are close to exit and on ramps to Rt.78. This gives us a unique location to bypass downtown to get to the Beach, which can expedite the drive during the busy summer season.
