Rv's full use of Shelter cover, table, chairs and hammock for stay excluding use of camp stoves, camp kitchen or using the tent. Glamping Lodging stay, camp kitchen all access. Includes 12 foot x 9 foot tent, vintage lanterns, lighting, 2 stoves (butane included) , pots and pans, electric faucet, 2 dry sinks, 7 gallons water a day for dishes, table, 4 chairs, USB power bank, accent LED string lighting, cooking station

.** Free** Unlimited Firewood per stay. Large Community fire pit. Private porta potty per site. **Pet fee**( $5.00) per pet must be added by Hipcampers bringing pets. Covered shelter and deck for tent, chairs, hanging out, cards, dining, relax in all all weather conditions, whether you are in Sprinter Van/RV, Trailer, or tent camping. Mountain View site is a flat grassy area 100 feet by 150 feet surrounded by trees on 3 sides with the front overlooking the pasture and mountains. There is a table under cover, Solar LED string lights , 1 picnic table , 2 shepherd metal poles for lanterns, 3 Solar Flicker lanterns included, large community fire pit. Upon request, site can accommodate more people, RV's Remember, this is the working end of the farm, on certain days my father might be running the tractors mowing the fields, in preparation for fire season if need be. Definitely not in the evening though. You also might see some ranch equipment driving around. Definitely not late in the evening.

Groups over 8 people ( for RV's stay) for 2 consecutive days requires the extra porta potty dump fee, tents, ect on appropriate people per site.
