Clean and bright, this is not your typical rental property. The home is maintained in flawless condition and reflects our pride of ownership and our love for Ocean City. It was built in June 2006 with many updates and enhancements since then. The home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms in a beautiful spacious 2,700 sq ft Condo encompassing 2nd & 3rd floors in the North End of Ocean City near the lovely Garden section. Address- 808 E. 4th street 2nd and 3rd floors.

The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining area and island kitchen. Two second floor bedrooms have queen sized beds (one of which has its own bathroom) and two other second floor bedrooms have two twin beds (one of which has its own bathroom). A third bathroom is also on the second floor.
There are spacious front (covered) and rear decks on the second floor. Start your mornings on the spacious front deck with a cup of coffee and some Browns or Oves donuts. The laundry room sits just off kitchen.

The third floor features a Master suite with full bath, jacuzzi tub, king size bed, sitting area with two twin sleeper sofas and TV, and a private covered front porch with ocean view. The Master suite also opens up to a rear sun deck which is great for late night dinners as you watch the sunset or light show from the ferris wheel.

There are ceiling fans and TV'S in all bedrooms. The living room has HDTV/blu-ray/DVD player.

The property also affords off street parking for 3 cars; private garage for one vehicle and 2 more side by side in the pavered driveway. There is also a beautiful custom tiled private shower adjacent to the garage, an outdoor rinse off shower head and private off-street entry. There are plenty of sand toys and a beach cart (Wonder Wheeler) for your use. There is also a secondary refrigerator in the garage for conveniently storing your beach bound drinks and food.

Great family vacation home

This is the second time we stayed in this lovely home. The home offers everything you need for a comfortable week at the beach….plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, great family spaces, and a great location!!

Expansive, lovely beachy themed place.

Beautiful spaces, clean, plenty of sleeping space, lovely balconies with comfortable, beautiful furniture. Great kitchen, ample supplies. Great to have washer and dryer. Didn't like the many steps. We have a concern for our special needs grandchild. They did have 2 gates which worked perfectly. Nice to have whole garage to store beach stuff and 2 off street parking spots.

Convenient property

This property is spacious with appropriate amenities. The front deck had great shade and was greatly utilized. The location is quiet, close to the boardwalk, and only a short walk to the downtown area on Asbury Ave.

Beautiful home and well stocked with supplies

We stayed in this home for our family reunion. The house was even more beautiful than pictured online. So many balconies! Easy-access combination to enter the house made it convenient for everyone, instead of having to deal with keys. It's a quiet neighborhood, with a great café and ATM machine just a few steps from the house. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone in our family commented about how beautiful and clean the house was. We are so glad we found this place. It was well worth the rental expense.
