Our little corner of Augusta and California has exploded with restaurants and bars with delicious choices right around the corner: CC Ferns for coffee, Rootstock Wine Bar, Café Marie-Jeanne for great sandwiches, Haywood Tavern for great food and local microbrewery beer and legendary California Clipper with live performers most of the time+cigar bar at CC Ferns, Bullhead Cantina, Bite Cafe within short walking distance. We are close to Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, West Town, Bucktown. The Humboldt Park neighborhood is truly a hidden gem in the city.

- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

The unit is bright, filled with sun, on a quiet tree lined street. Close to park, pet friendly neighborhood. Easy permit parking on a street. Great restaurants and coffee shops minutes away. Its pretty easy to get anywhere in the city from our place. With easy, safe street parking in front of the house, short bus rides (Division or Chicago) to the train (Blue Line or Green Line), Divvy stations, and quick uber pick-ups you'll have rapid access to anywhere in the city with the tranquility of a small neighborhood. Public transportation: California Street bus to Chicago Street, take Chicago street bus to downtown, or Division Street bus to downtown. California bus has a convenient 5-8 minute ride to or from Blue line to/from O'Hare. Get off at Milwaukee right at blue line stop. Bike commute to downtown 20+ minutes. Uber to and from downtown- 10+ minute ride.
