I live in the UK with my husband, 4 children, 3 Labradors, I Labradoodle & 2 cats!!! We lead a very busy life and have a business in the UK as well as our villa in Orlando. We try to visit the villa's twice a year to upgrade with new furnishings etc. to keep it in tip top condition.
Why Bernie Wall chose Four Corners
We purchased in Orlando when we sold our rental property in the UK, we decided on Orlando as our children loved it and we would be able to use it as a holiday home as well as a rental. We chose Hampton Lakes as it was the most sought after resort in the Disney area and are very pleased with our choice. Only 15 minutes to Disney & 20 to Universal, we have shops, restaurants & golf within 5 minutes so it is for us the perfect location.
What makes this Villa unique
Villa Betty Boo at Hampton Lakes is our home from home and we make sure that we have all the conveniences that we have at home, that is why our guests say how homely it feels and how comfortable they find it. We have everything you could wish for, from free wireless internet & international calls to cots, cribs and a child safety fence around the pool. I am always on line or at the end of the phone should you have any request or worry as is my management.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Please put bins and recycling out on the days stated in our manual.
Please start a wash cycle for towels as these take a long time to dry.
