The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a large bedroom with a sofa bed, a corridor kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower. A small mezzanine with double bed, just for sleeping, completes the accommodation.
Private garden with table and umbrella to eat outside and a private parking space in the condominium parking.
In the house there is also television (digital channels), wi-fi, hairdryer, electric kettle, iron.
Bed linen, towels, dishes, pots and cutlery for the kitchen are also provided.
The villa is located in the center of Castiglioncello, close to shops, bars and restaurants. It is 200 meters from the station for connections to Livorno (20 min) Pisa (30 min.), Florence (1 h 30 min), Grosseto (1 h 20 min). Through the private grove you leave directly on the seafront of Castiglioncello, a walk of 200 meters leads us to the pine forest Marradi, a pedestrian area, where children can have fun with minigolf and rides while their parents watch them comfortably seated at the bar tables , or looking at the windows. Going in the other direction, in ten minutes, always on the sea promenade, you reach the tourist port "Cala de Medici". In the square of the port there are bars, restaurants and shops, and during the summer events and events of various kinds are organized. The coast is mostly rocky with some sandy beaches and characteristic sandy or rocky bays. At 2 km the famous "white beaches" of Vada (visible on the internet).
