This comfortable Cottage is perfect for a couple's get-away or a cosy family break!

Far away from traffic noise and the hustle and bustle of city life, town or even village life this one-bedroom Cottage sits at the heart of Ballimore Farm Estate in amongst thousands of acres of beautiful countryside, with Ben Cruachan as its backdrop.

The Cottage comprises of a good sized bedroom, with double bed, two built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. The bathroom offers a generous bath tub with shower above, toilette and basin.
The open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge room has a tall multi-fuel stove, which heats the underfloor heating for the entire Cottage. The kitchen with its lovely stone worktops has a with fridge, microwave/ oven, hob and washing machine. The comfortable arm chair and sofa offer comfortable seating for 4 people and the sofa's pull out bed can sleep 1 or 2 people. The handmade dining table offers seating for 2-6 people. The satellite TV offers a great range of channels. There is no mobile phone reception at the Cottage but with the wifi you have the choice to be connected throughout your stay.

Amazing place, amazing hosts!

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! Everything was great, the house was stunning, it was just amazing. Our best time away together yet, quality time together in the perfect place. The hosts were such lovely people and we enjoyed having a good chat every day, very friendly. Was lovely spending time with the resident animals aswell, the highland cattle were a beautiful sight and I saw my first ever stag. I’ve grown up as a “townie” and I always look forward to my holidays in the countryside. Best holiday yet in the most beautiful location. Thank you so much, we will be back most definitely ❤️ Ray & Jenna

Absolutely beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for. Lovely little cottage and surroundings. Superbly placed for a day out drive to glencoe, oban etc. Couldn't of asked for better hosts, made us so welcome. We'll be back

Absolute beauty and seclusion

We so enjoyed our stay in the Baltimore Farms cottage this past week. Niall and Johanna were perfect hosts, welcoming us and then giving us the privacy we needed. The 400 acre property has rolling hill, a private loch, sheep, cows and sweeping views. It is 1.7 miles off the main road, so you have a private slice of heaven! We would highly recommend

A peaceful wildlife haven

What a great place - owls, golden eagles, osprey, buzzard dragonflies, bats, Black grouse, highland cattle….if you want peace and quiet with beautiful views, this is the place, if you want to be surrounded by wildlife then this is the place. If you want to walk with beautiful views all around this is the place. Need I say more - what a gem! The cottage itself is wonderful with everything you could need, private and cosy and is exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed here in summer and can only imagine how beautiful the estate is through the changing seasons. I would highly recommend this place as it’s remote enough to be tranquil but not far to Oban if you need to stock up. Easy access to the Mull ferry for a day trip as well. 🙂

Bring the dog, or borrow one of ours to accompany you on walks through the beautifully rugged countryside.
The local Inn has a great variety of food and cater's for all needs!
