Beautiful modern Studio A is located in a quiet neighborhood of Novi Vinodolski. It is located on the ground floor of this apartment complex and can accommodate up to three people.
This studio apartment decorated in a modern Mediterranean style consists of two areas. In the first room, there is a well-equipped kitchen with modern cooking appliances, all necessary kitchen utensils and a dining area. In the next room there is a double bed and a sitting area. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is a shared swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and seating furniture with a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. Guests have access to a shared gym and wellness facilities. The barbecue is located on the terrace in the garden. The pool can be used from 09:00 to 21:00 during the season. Each apartment has one private parking space available. Pets, parties and youth groups are not allowed.
